Technical Support Standard Operating Procedure

Receive Issue

Collect customer name, machine model, serial, location, issue details, photo/video and urgency.

Technical Assessment

Engineer checks printhead, ink flow, RIP/software, media, power and mechanical condition.

Remote Guidance

Basic troubleshooting by phone, WhatsApp, video call or screen sharing.

On-site Service

Schedule engineer visit if remote support cannot solve the issue.

Parts Replacement

Confirm required parts, cost, availability and replacement approval.

Service Close

Record final status, test print result, customer confirmation and next maintenance advice.
