Engineer Scheduling Rules
Use these rules to control who is free, who is on service, and which service tickets are pending.
Every engineer should have status: Free, Assigned, On-Site, Remote Support, Leave or Training.
Emergency production stop, warranty issue, installation, calibration and routine maintenance should be separated.
Before sending engineer, confirm required parts: head, damper, cap, pump, board, cable, sensor or ink system.
Confirm customer location, contact person, machine model, issue type and expected arrival time.
Engineer must submit work done, parts used, photo, customer signature and next recommendation.
Pending service should be reviewed daily by support control and weekly by management.
