All product prices, machine configuration, delivery timeline and service scope are confirmed through official quotation, invoice or signed agreement.
Product specifications may vary by model, printhead, supplier update, import batch or customer-selected configuration. COLORJET Bangladesh is importer, distributor and solution provider, not manufacturer.
Advance payment, final payment, order confirmation, installation and support scope will follow the quotation, invoice, challan or agreement issued to the customer.
COLORJET Bangladesh is responsible only for the agreed product, service and support scope. External electrical issues, misuse, unauthorized repair, wrong ink usage or site-related issues may be excluded.
