Service Terms

Installation, calibration, warranty, paid service and after-sales support terms.

Installation & Training

COLORJET provides installation, calibration and basic operator training according to product category and agreed service package.

Warranty Service

Warranty service applies according to invoice, product category and agreement. Consumables, misuse, external damage and unauthorized repair may be excluded.

Paid Service

Non-warranty service, emergency visit, spare parts replacement, printhead-related service and advanced maintenance may be chargeable.

Customer Responsibility

Customer must maintain proper environment, stable electricity, correct ink, routine cleaning and machine operation according to engineer instruction.
